Follow up production, repair failure immediately, analysis of the failures to prevent the fault occurring again;

o     統(tǒng)計(jì)分析設(shè)備運(yùn)行和維修數(shù)據(jù)，持續(xù)改善設(shè)備效率，降低停機(jī)率

Utilize maintenance data statistics & analysis for continuous improvement, keep monitoring the equipment performance and reduce downtime;

o     培訓(xùn)技術(shù)員完成相關(guān)的設(shè)備維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)

Train technician for machine repair and preventive maintenance;

o     負(fù)責(zé)備品備件的計(jì)劃和使用記錄分析，降低維修費(fèi)用

Making plan for production equipment spare parts; Keep monitoring spare part’s consumption, support to control the cost under budget；

o     負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)防性維護(hù)的計(jì)劃，支持團(tuán)隊(duì)的TPM活動

Plan for preventive maintenance according to production schedule; Support TPM team to carry out TPM activities;

o     在項(xiàng)目前期階段支持IE的相關(guān)工作，參與設(shè)備選型，安裝調(diào)試和驗(yàn)收

Support IE during early stages of the project; Take part in new machine/line selection, installation, commissioning, and acceptance 

o     確保維修工作符合安全規(guī)范

Maintain a safe and convenient working environment;

o     上級指定的其他工作

大專或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械，電氣，自動化相關(guān)專業(yè)

College degree or above, mechanical/electrical engineering, automation related

維修工程師崗位3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
