職責(zé)描述:
1. Execution the document of Quality Assurance and customer's quality system management.
執(zhí)行質(zhì)量保證體系文件要求和客戶質(zhì)量體系維護(hù)
2. Be responsible for analysis and seeking improvement opportunity of rejected goods.
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)客退不合格品進(jìn)行分析并尋求改進(jìn)的契機(jī)
3. Record customer complaints and report to management representative monthly
每月將客戶抱怨的統(tǒng)計(jì)資料上報(bào)管理者代表
4. Customer's complaint management and corporate with CTSO internal quality and production members.
協(xié)調(diào)CTSO內(nèi)部質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)共同處理客戶抱怨
5. Conduct on-site audit according to supplier audit plan, and assist supplier to continuous improvement
根據(jù)供應(yīng)商審核計(jì)劃,對(duì)供方進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場審核,并輔導(dǎo)供方持續(xù)改進(jìn)
6. Handle supplier quality issues
處理供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題
7. Complete the temporary task arranged by supervisor.
完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的臨時(shí)任務(wù)
任職要求:
College or above大專及以上
Automotive and engineering related 汽車/機(jī)械相關(guān)
Related training in quality tools and audit skills 接受過質(zhì)量工具及審核方面的培訓(xùn)
Have an excellent computer skill in Micorsoft program (Excel, Word, Power Point) and related program in English.熟練操作微軟辦公軟件及其他英文軟件
Be familiar with five tools, such as apqp, ppap etc熟悉質(zhì)量5大工具
Experience minimum 2 years in Quality Management System and release filed of auto parts industry.
至少2年質(zhì)量管理及汽車零部件行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Good English ability of reading,writing,listening and speaking.良好英語讀、寫、聽、說能力
Service mind, leadership skill and Positive Thinking are required.
