業(yè)務(wù)職責
1.Establish and maintain a complete set of documented procedures for electrical system and support relative electrical system routine maintenance activities.
建立并維護電氣設(shè)備維修程序，并支持相關(guān)電氣系統(tǒng)的日常維修活動。
2.Achieve and maintain the response times, and work completion time frames, required to meet production and process requirements.
及時的響應(yīng)設(shè)備維修要求，并在既定的計劃內(nèi)完成工作，滿足生產(chǎn)和工藝的要求。
3. To support production equipment PM per scheduled uptime and relative operated within budgeted maintenance costs
按計劃支持生產(chǎn)設(shè)備預(yù)紡性維護，且相關(guān)的運行費用應(yīng)在預(yù)算內(nèi)
4.Familiar with IEC code, local electrical regulation and PLC control and STD PC control, will be able to provide the professional & stronger support for production equipment maintenance based on existing system.
熟悉IEC和本地電氣規(guī)范，熟悉PLC 和工控機控制系統(tǒng). 基于現(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)，在設(shè)備維修過程中能提供專業(yè)且強有力的技術(shù)支持。
5.To develop the preventive maintenance program of production equipment maintenance, in order to reduce break down time, work out with relative team or department for electrical retrofit & modification & maintenance.
改進現(xiàn)有PM流程，為了降低設(shè)備停機時間，與相關(guān)團隊和部門協(xié)調(diào)，做好電氣維修和電氣系統(tǒng)技術(shù)改造。
6.To assist the relative department for production equipment inspection and final acceptance, and follow up the corrective action.
協(xié)助相關(guān)部門做好生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的最終驗收和檢查，并落實相關(guān)的糾正預(yù)防措施。
7.Supervise contractor’s work； ensure the work meets the proper engineering standards and EHS requirements.
監(jiān)管承包商的工作，確保工作滿足正確的工程標準和EHS要求
8.To lead a team and successfully complete the project on schedule.
帶領(lǐng)一個團隊按計劃完成項目


Requirements
要求
1. Bachelor or college degree ,major in Electrical automatic control or electrical engineering or related and have Electrical engineer certification in effective time
本科或者大專學(xué)歷，電氣自動化或者電氣工程相關(guān)專業(yè)，具有有效的電氣工程證書
2. At least 3 years industry experience in electrical control maintenance or related,
在工廠具有3 年以上相關(guān)的電氣維護工作經(jīng)驗
3. Experience in project management is a plus.
具有項目管理方面的經(jīng)驗
4. Familiar with the related electrical regulations, standards and pneumatic system. Can be debug PLC &STD program with Siemens PLC, Mitsubishi-PLC, Omron-PLC, and VF device, Server modules
熟悉IEC和本地電氣規(guī)范和氣動系統(tǒng)，熟悉OMRON , Siemens, Mitsubishi- PLC 控制軟件和工控機控制系統(tǒng)
和伺服系統(tǒng)，能使用PLC軟件調(diào)試和維修設(shè)備。
5. Good work attitude and training competence, good communication skill, and good team spirit.
具有良好的工作態(tài)度和培訓(xùn)能力，良好的溝通技巧和團隊合作精神
6. Good oral and written English abilities and computer skills with CAD.
英語讀寫熟練，具有CAD電腦技能
7. L.V Electrician certification in plus
具有低壓電工證
8. May perform or assist in production equipment maintenance that includes but is not limited to for above.
