崗位職責:
1、處理客戶和生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量問題,按客戶要求對質(zhì)量問題進行分析和過程改善跟蹤,確保糾正和預(yù)防措施是有效性。
2、定期與客戶進行溝通,收集有關(guān)客戶對公司的評價數(shù)據(jù)客戶的反饋信息。
3、收集PPAP生產(chǎn)的文件和資料并按客戶要求向客戶提交PPAP。
4、公司新項目進展協(xié)調(diào),并跟蹤本部門新項目的工作的進展和試生產(chǎn)報告的總結(jié)。
5、對過程檢驗和出廠檢驗產(chǎn)品最終審核的結(jié)果進行審核。
6、按計劃組織對公司內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品做相關(guān)的試驗和驗證(產(chǎn)品審核)。
7、制定過程首件檢驗和過程巡檢表及產(chǎn)品檢驗指導(dǎo)書;并監(jiān)督實施和效果確認;負責對現(xiàn)場的SPC分析和控制。
8、組織制定GP12計劃并監(jiān)督計劃實施的情況。

Requirements:

3. Engagement in details
4. 3-year or more experiences in Automotive manufacturing, micro-motor experience is an advantage
5. Bachelor’s degree or above
6. CET4 or above
7. Ability to work under pressure
8. Adapt to travel
