主要職責(zé)

1.Setting, Operation and Maintenance of machines to produce stator laminations
設(shè)置、操作和維護(hù)生產(chǎn)定子疊片的機(jī)器設(shè)備；
2.Preparing, Setting and Maintenance the press shop workplaces
準(zhǔn)備、布置和維護(hù)沖壓作業(yè)車(chē)間；
3.Operate crane and electric hand pallet truck through driving, lifting and slinging, following required training
經(jīng)過(guò)適當(dāng)培訓(xùn)之后，操作起重機(jī)、電動(dòng)托盤(pán)裝卸車(chē)（駕駛、吊裝及索具安裝）；
4.Handwork to produce stator laminations
手工作業(yè)，生產(chǎn)定子疊片；
5.Pressing laminations by using an automatic pressing line
使用自動(dòng)沖壓線，沖壓疊片；
6.Reworking laminations by using a CNC slotting machine
使用CNC開(kāi)槽機(jī)，加工疊片；
7.Deburring laminations by using a grinding machine
使用打磨機(jī)對(duì)疊片進(jìn)行去毛刺處理；
8.Cutting of I-beams by using a band saw
使用帶鋸床切割工字梁；
9.Cleaning of I-beams in ultrasound washing machine
使用超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗工字梁；
10.Welding of laminations and I-beams by using CNC spot welding machine
使用CNC點(diǎn)焊機(jī)焊接疊片和工字梁；
11.Painting of ventilation laminations
通風(fēng)疊片噴漆；
12.Responsible that all tools and equipments on workplace is in good conditions

Person Specification
任職要求

1.Crane driving including lifting and slinging, electric hand pallet truck driving (Can be train in place)
起重機(jī)駕駛（包括吊裝和索具安裝），電動(dòng)托盤(pán)裝卸車(chē)駕駛；（可入司后培訓(xùn)）
2.English language : Literate and able to communicate effectively in English is preferred.
英語(yǔ)水平：懂英語(yǔ)，能使用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行有效交流者優(yōu)先；
3.Experience in mechanical engineering industry especially in the press shop and setting its machines will be appreciate
有機(jī)械工程行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有沖壓車(chē)間和機(jī)器設(shè)置經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
4.Reading drawings
讀圖能力；
5.Practical measurement using gauges (callipers, micrometers)
使用量具（卡尺、千分尺等）進(jìn)行測(cè)量。
6.Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word)
會(huì)使用MS辦公軟件（Excel、Word）
