Wire control and fastener failure mode analysis

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/個人能力描述
1. Mechanical Discipline background
2. Experienced on raw material analysis, including mechanical strength test, chemical test, and metallurgic analysis
3. Knowledge on NDT (Non-destructive Test)
4. Experienced on test lab management, including test equipment maintenance and ion
5. Good knowledge of problem solving tools such as 5why, SPC, DOE, FMEA, MSA, etc.
6. Good knowledge of quality planning
7. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, TS16949, etc.
8. Customer focused and able to work cross functionally to meet customer requirements.
9. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任務(wù)和職責(zé)
10. Monitor quality of wires in-coming to finished good daily；
11. Conduct failure analysis on finished good basis of metal material metallurgic analysis；
12. Deal supplier issues with wire issues wherever happened at in-coming inspection, in-process process or either issues happened at customer side with data support as per request
13. Work out corrective action plan together with customer for continual improvement
14. Investigate root cause in-process quality accident and customer concern on quality.
15. Conduct regular (monthly, quarterly) review meeting of quality concern and follow up the closures for all issues,
16. Monitor wire test process for new project；
17. Reduce internal scrap rate and DPPM as per annual target；
18. Internal communication to trigger continual improvement on product quality
19. Review SPC data and the best way to collect data for continual improvement
20. To be in compliance with QC08000 and Rohs for related quality control
