1.2+ years of technical experience in fastener product design, applications engineering and/or R&D for a manufacturing business.
2.Bachelor of Science in appropriate engineering discipline (BSME preferred).
3.Collaborate with sales team to support business development.
4.Ability to drive change in products library, technical orientation.
5.Successful experience performing within NPD project is strong preference.
6.Familiar with computer programs such as AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, Deform etc.
7.Good at English； good at communication

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.

2.Design and Preparation of technical drawings for products and tooling to meet customer requirements
3.Handle technical drawings overseas and customers to meet production requirements
4.Handle customer application support with sales
5.handle first article drawings and sample production for customers
6.Working with production, quality and sales on technical issues relating to products manufactured.
7.Understand the various technical standards relating to fastening systems
8.Calculating and information to facilitate product costing
9.Handle the bill of material in the ERP system for new products produced
10.Updating engineering changes received customers
11.Responsible for the new product engineering and product improvement engineering, ensuring continuing design and development of quality products, cost-effective new technologies and strategic planning to meet product group goals and objectives.
12.Implement World-Class Product Development practices to increase customer satisfaction
Ensure products conform to cost and performance specifications, and that all products conform to many different National safety standards and regulatory requirements.
