主要工作職責(zé)：

l  評估新工廠新項目物流預(yù)算，包括物流場地、人員、設(shè)備。

Evaluate new plant/new vehicle project logistics investment, including logistics space, operation headcount and MHE.

l  設(shè)計并優(yōu)化物料拉動方式、物料配送路線、車間及倉庫物料布局、庫存Min/Max值。

Design and improve material pulling method, delivery route, logistics area layout and material Min/Max in shop floor and warehouse.

l  分析車間內(nèi)物料流，并持續(xù)改進倉庫及各車間物流區(qū)域物流人員和物流設(shè)備效率。

Analyze in-plant material flow and continuously improve the efficiency of material handling operators and MHE in warehouse and each workshop.

l  評估節(jié)拍提升對物流的影響，并支持節(jié)拍的提升。

Evaluate impact on logistics due to line speed increasing, and support line speed increasing from logistics side.

l  與內(nèi)外相關(guān)功能模塊接口，評估物流運作的變化點，并設(shè)計新方案。

Cooperate with other internal & external functions, to evaluate impacts on logistics and design solutions for change points occurred.

l  1年以上物流規(guī)劃及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)者優(yōu)先

Above 1 years experience in logistics planning or other related fields is preferred.

Good knowledge in lean logistics and material pulling, both principle and method.

l  熟練運用辦公軟件及CAD制圖

Good skills in Microsoft office software and CAD.

Language:

l  具備英語聽說讀寫者優(yōu)先

English listening, speaking, reading and writing is a plus

Academic Requirements:

學(xué)術(shù)要求：

l  大專及其以上，優(yōu)秀者可放寬學(xué)歷要求；優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可。
