SQE 供應商質(zhì)量工程師 1
Report to Quality Manager,匯報對象：質(zhì)量經(jīng)理
Major Responsibilities:主要職責
Review supplier’s factory status, including equipment, measuring tools and manufacture process etc.
檢查供應商工廠情況，包括設備、測量工具、制造流程等；
Make audit plan to select key suppliers and regularly conduct audit to supplier’s quality system, process and product;
制定審核計劃，挑選關鍵供應商。主導對供應商質(zhì)量體系、流程和產(chǎn)品的常規(guī)審核；
Evaluate supplier’s quality assurance capability and define and follow-up corrective measures if required;
評估供應商的品質(zhì)保證能力，如有需要，確定跟蹤矯正措施；
Quality inspection on supplier products, and handle nonconforming products to ensure it’s under control in time;
對供應商產(chǎn)品進行質(zhì)量檢測。處理不良品，確保及時解決；
Supervision on supplier that the defined production process and technology is implemented correctly, that to ensure product qualified rate;
監(jiān)督供應商，保證其生產(chǎn)流程和技術(shù)準確實施，從而保證產(chǎn)品合格率；
Supplier quality issue solving, drive and follow up supplier’s corrective and improvement action;
解決供應商質(zhì)量問題，鞭策、追蹤供應商進行改正和完善；
Regular and irregular visits to the supplier for quality issues communication and last quality issues solve condition;
定期或不定期訪問供應商，溝通質(zhì)量問題和問題解決的持續(xù)情況；
Supplier first sample inspection and evaluate the quality status of first sample with related dept.;
供應商首件樣品檢驗，與相關部門評估首件樣品的質(zhì)量狀況。
Statistics quality status of suppliers (daily report/chart, weekly report/chart) and report to superior;
統(tǒng)計供應商的質(zhì)量情況（日報/表格，周報/表格），匯報給上級；
Regular supplier rating regarding quality aspect and report to superior;
關于質(zhì)量方面對供應商常規(guī)評分，然后匯報給上級
Assess training needs, prepare training plans and provide product and process quality trainings to internal and external.
評估培訓需要，準備培訓計劃，給內(nèi)審和外審提供產(chǎn)品和質(zhì)量流程
Qualifications: 任職資格
- College or above, major in Mechanical / Material Engineering or equivalent relevant experience;
大專及以上，機械/機械工程相關專業(yè)或同等相關工作經(jīng)驗
- More than 3 years’ work experience, with mechanical manufacture process is preferable;
三年以上工作經(jīng)驗，懂機械制造流程優(yōu)先
- Familiar with ISO 9001, with knowledge of VDA or other supplier audit tools is preferable;
熟悉ISO 9001，懂VDA或者其他供應商審計工具更佳
- Familiar with hot dip galvanization, electroplate and other surface anticorrosion technology;
熟悉熱浸鍍鋅、電鍍和其他表面防腐工藝
- Work experience in incoming inspection and supplier quality control is preferable;
有來料檢驗和供應商質(zhì)量管控經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
- Microsoft Office software ability;
一定的辦公室軟件應用能力
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
強大的溝通和表達技能
- Familiar with statistical tools and software, eg: SPC;
熟悉一些統(tǒng)計工具和軟件，如SPC等
- Basic English skill both written and spoken;
基本的英語說寫能力
- Can adapt to travel.
