· Responsible for all office administrative & HR matters including but not limited to office procurement/ supplies, telecommunications management, in-house and external events coordination, office equipment administration handling, facilities maintenance, filing system maintenance.
· Work with internal departments to provide general administration services in compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Coordinate travel and foreign staffs visa arrangements
· Coordinate and assist in organizing staff activities and events and ad hoc projects as assigned.
· Monthly payroll calculation and handling.
Education Qualification | Associated Knowledges
· at least 5 years of experience in the field.
· Coaching and collaboration skills.
· Familiar with PC knowledge especially in MS Excel, Word.
· Independent, proactive, detail-minded and responsible.
· Good command of written and spoken in Chinese & English.
· Less experiences will be considered Associate .
