To organize the establishment of Job desc
- To assist HSE dept. on new comers’ training on OH&S, fire-fighting and ensure they are qualified in training hours and content
- To lead all levels of training on Changshu site, to establish 3 levels (company, dept., shift) annual training plan and monitor the implementation and evaluation to ensure the compliance of legal requirements on training hours and contents
- To coordinate on pre-job, in-job and before leave medical exam
- Safety skill should be evaluated in recruitment, transfer and promotion, and be considered in salary and allowance assignment. To ensure the implementation of position responsibility including safety
- Safety and OH risks should be notified in written including temporary and external contractors and trainees
- To organize the safety and technical training to special work permit related employees and coordinate the evaluation issue
- To assist on safety production policy, laws and procedures promotion and education to enhance employees’ safety awareness and safety culture
l Staffing:
- Responsible for all the staffing activities with the support from team and supervisor, including but not limited to the onboard process, labor contract management, probation management, exit process management within CHU platform
- Work closely with the HRSSC team for relevant topics and find the chance of improvement
- Social insurance and housing fund enrollment
l Organization Chart:
- Record personal data for new hiring and update personal information promptly (paper and electronic);
- Update Organization Chart monthly and make the superior updated;
- For Organization Chart, it should be confirmed by each department manager and general manger twice per year at least;
l HR Reports
- Prepare the related HR reports according to superior’s requirements, including but not limited to monthly/semi-yearly/yearly headcount report, monthly turn-over report, monthly recruiting report, quarter GC dashboard etc…
l HR Systems
- Update employees’ information in IAM system, involve in the internal audit/review about the IAM system
- Update and maintain the employees’ information in C-trip, E-claim, E-leave, etc.
- Be familiar with My Career and use well
l Others:
- Prepare for the documents/certificates required by the employee, such like income/ work experience, etc.
- Learn and enrich experience about labor law
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
- The jobholder is to work closely with the HR SSC team, has a lot of communication internally with employees and department managers, externally with different parties
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor degree or above, HR and labor laws and regulation knowledge
- Fluent in English (both in written and spoken English)
- At least 1 years working experience in relevant HR functions
- Strong communication skills, MS skills, good analysis and presentation skills
- Proactive, result-driven, innovative, team spirit, self-motivated, learning agility
