Job Description:
1. In ge of payroll processing in SAP HRIS for UPM China business units to ensure timely and accurately payroll service is delivered
2. Prepare payroll reports and labour cost reports for all business units, track and analyze paper mill monthly OT data and make PPT presentation as well.
3. Generate customized reports based on BU HR manager requests
4. In ge of social insurance and other mandatory benefit contribution and administration, IIT declaration etc.
5. Support superior in budgeting plan, annual salary survey and other daily HR operation.
6. Make sure payroll processing is in compliance with internal audit requirements and well organized documentation
7. Coordinate with other HR team member to drive HR efficiency in response to internal customers need.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3 years payroll processing experience in MNC
3. SAP payroll skill is a must for this position
4. Good communication in English
5. Knowledge of labor contract law and regulations for different locations in China is highly preferred
