Trim and Final are responsible for the development and introduction of new and modified processes associated with new model introductions and model year changes. This specific role will provide static and dynamic virtual simulation and ergonomic assessment support for the T&F process and facility engineering teams. 總裝工藝高級(jí)工程師負(fù)責(zé)新車型及年型車引入過程中新工藝規(guī)劃及工藝變更。負(fù)責(zé)提供靜、動(dòng)態(tài)虛擬仿真和人機(jī)工程評(píng)估，為總裝工藝和設(shè)備團(tuán)隊(duì)提供支持。
Main Responsibilities

1. Perform static and dynamic simulation virtual studies using product, facility and process data according to Trim & Final Engineering requests. 根據(jù)總裝工藝設(shè)計(jì)要求，利用產(chǎn)品、設(shè)備和工藝數(shù)據(jù)，完成靜、動(dòng)態(tài)虛擬仿真分析；
2. Create ergonomic standards for the JV business based on best practices, China regulations and anthropometric data for Chinese nationals.在最佳實(shí)例，中國(guó)條例和中國(guó)人體測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，創(chuàng) 建公司的人機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
3. Complete ergonomic studies for special processes and as requested by the Trim & Final team，根據(jù)總裝團(tuán)隊(duì)的要求，完成特殊工藝的人機(jī)仿真研究；
4. Support Virtual Build events by running the product visualization software.利用可視化軟件支持虛擬驗(yàn)證項(xiàng)目的創(chuàng)建；
5. Support the validation exercises virtual to physical assembly phases.支持從虛擬到實(shí)際組裝階段的驗(yàn)證工作；
6. Create detailed and formal reports for Engineer and Management review.為工程師和管理審查提供詳細(xì)的正式報(bào)告
7. Develop an appropriate plan for station heights, platforms and other vehicle access requirements.開發(fā)一個(gè)合適的平臺(tái)滿足工位高度、踏臺(tái)和其他車輛通過的要求；

3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
