工廠質量主要負責開展直接影響產品內外部質量性能的工作。包括：CAL-總裝顧客評價線、焊裝車身剖解、來件檢查、三坐標測量、動態(tài)AUDIT、國家法規(guī)審核、整車振動及淋雨等。
質量操作系統經理的任務是為工廠所有車型制定質量操作系統，實施、維護并改進。以此幫助提高產品質量，
達到質量目標，具體如下：
•； Maintenance and of the Quality Operating System
•； 控制、維護和更新質量操作系統
•； Lead Internal Quality Audits – Set Audit Schedules, Conduct Audits and Drive Actions / Improvements.
•； 領導內部質量審核-建立審核日程、管理審核并推動執(zhí)行
•； Support liaison with external accreditation agencies e.g. Vehicle Certification Agency for ISO/TS 16949 audit planning, scheduling, and completion.
•； 外部認證工廠接口聯絡，如：汽車認證ISO/TS 16949審核策劃、時間安排并完成實施
•； Control, Maintenance and of Quality Procedures (Plant and Functional-Level)
•； 控制、維護和更新質量程序文件（工廠和車間級）
•； Records Management 記錄管理
Plant Quality is responsible for a range of activities which directly influence the external and internal quality
performance of our products. These activities include running Customer Acceptance Lines in Trim and Final
Operations, Weld Teardown Department in BIW, Supplier Parts Quality and Measurement Rooms, Dynamic and
GRC Audit plus Hydropulse and Water Test Facilities.
This role of the Quality Operating System (QOS) Senior Engineer is to implement, sustain and improve the Quality
Operating System for all models on Plant. Therefore helping to improve product quality and achieve quality
objectives. This will be achieved by:

1. Coaching and guidance of plant and staff employees at all levels for the implementation and improvement of the QOS, including new model launch phases. Develop required materials.

；；；Plan, organise and lead independent QOS Audits against the QOS across all Manufacturing areas, and ensure schedules are met.
依據質量操作系統要求，在整個工廠范圍，計劃、組織并領導獨立的質量操作系統審核，并且確保按計劃完成
；；；Carry out gap analysis against QOS and Integrated Production System (IPS) to identify shortfalls or opportunities for improvement, as well as lean and proven practices for replication.
依據質量操作系統和精益生產，領導并完成差距分析，識別不足或機會去改進，通過實際操作驗證并推廣
；；；Lead the coaching of improvements to manufacturing quality using appropriate tools and techniques, driving failure mode avoidance and preventive actions.

；；；Support the interface with IPS departments on shared quality requirements to align, support and drive improvements.
和精益生產單位共享質量需求，對問題進行排序、支持并推動改進
