Reporting to the Production Office Manager, this role is responsible for planning and coordination of all manufacturing staff and hourly manpower / cost requirements on all current and future vehicle programmes, including product programme actions and production strategies to meet the company operating strategy and cycle plan.
The industrial engineering team work on current and new programmes, ensuring that the programmes deliver to their manpower targets. The scope of delivery is pre <PS> through the virtual phases and into series production.

1. Working on current programmes and model years ensuring the achievement of manpower targets and successful launch, through the deployment of industrial engineering tools and techniques, programme start through to Job 1 +90.致力于當前項目和年型車項目，從項目啟動到SOP后90天，通過推廣工業(yè)工程工具和技巧，確保實現(xiàn)人力資源目標并成功投放

4. Best practice (benchmarking) productivity ideas incorporated into programme吸收競爭對手好的生產力經(jīng)驗并應用到自己的項目中
