The Plant Workforce Readiness Engineer will support the Workforce Readiness Manager in the development and
ution of a broad range of Plant activities to support successful launches.
This role will require the individual to lead and participate in cross functional teams on a wide range of subjects.
The individual will have the scope to develop solutions to Plant Launch issues and must also have the ability to deliver
on these solutions.

The main responsibilities of the Workforce Readiness Engineer will consists of the following:

Key activities will include;

• Support and develop the resource requirements for the Plant to support future model programs
支持并開發(fā)工廠為新品的人力資源需求
• Support and develop Plant Launch activities for all forms of communication.
通過各種形式溝通、交流,支持工廠新品工作
• Develop training plans in conjunction with Product Development, AME and the Plant
與研發(fā)部門、工藝及工廠協(xié)作,制定培訓(xùn)計劃
• Support the Planning of Batch and Hold in conjunction with a 3rd Party Provider
支持批處理計劃,并與第3方供應(yīng)商協(xié)作
• Support Projects and Planning related to Run out of current models and Run in of future models
總結(jié)當(dāng)前項目計劃外的事,并納入將來的新項目中
• Support Plant activities for PR including Plant Fleet Management.
支持工廠為新品準(zhǔn)備就緒,包括工廠團隊管理
• Update and track the Plant Launch Budget
更新并跟蹤工廠新品預(yù)算
• Support the creation of a strategy for the Plant Long Lead skill requirements for the next 5 years

• In conjunction with Plant and HR support the development of a Leadership Vision

As Workforce Readiness Engineer you will interact with a number Manufacturing Departments and on occasions external agencies. You will be involved in delivering Resource, Training and Launch solutions for Plant

1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
