The Training Engineer will support the Workforce Readiness Manager in the development and ution of a broad range of Plant activities to support successful launches.
This role will require the individual to lead and participate in cross functional teams on a wide range of subjects.
The individual will have the scope to develop training solutions to Plant Launch issues and must also have the ability to deliver on these solutions.

The main responsibilities of the Training Engineer will consists of the following培訓(xùn)工程師主要職責(zé)包括:

• Identify training requirements to support functional and company objectives確定培訓(xùn)需求以支持功能和公司目標(biāo)。
• Ensure training and development is aligned to the company Vision確保培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展與公司遠(yuǎn)景一致。
• Plan training activities to ensure timely implementation of required skills策劃培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)確保需求技能及時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
• Identify and train Subject Matter Experts for the programme為項(xiàng)目鑒定和培訓(xùn)主題專(zhuān)家。
• Develop and implement a timing plan制定實(shí)施階段性計(jì)劃
• Identify key skills gaps by technology and develop training solution 通過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)識(shí)別關(guān)鍵技能差距并制定培訓(xùn)方案

As a Training Engineer you will interact with all Manufacturing Departments as well as HR and external agencies. You will be involved in developing Training solutions that allow the Manufacturing teams to deliver the plant metrics.
