The purpose of the Launch Senior Engineer role is to ensure all new models and model year changes are launched in accordance with company procedures. 該崗位目的是為了確保所有新車型和年型車按照公司流程投放。

Lead and control key elements of the build delivery to ensure a "Flawless Launch" including

As a Senior Launch Engineer you will interact with all Manufacturing Departments and a number of external agencies. You will be involved in planning Launch solutions for Plant. You will interact with suppliers and Senior Management on a regular basis. You must have the ability plan and deliver launch and timing plans that involve multiple departments.
