The purpose of the Launch Senior Engineer role is to ensure all new models and model year changes are launched in accordance with company procedures. 該崗位目的是為了確保所有新車型和年型車按照公司流程投放。

The main responsibilities of the Senior Launch Engineer will consists of the following:

Be a key influence in the Control and Deliver of each individual build phase TT to MP plus 90 days.

Lead and control key elements of the build delivery to ensure a "Flawless Launch" including
Build Planning, PVBR, AIMS Management, Open to Go / PSW and PCPA.

Provide a number of key reporting matrices in line with currently established processes to

As a Senior Launch Engineer you will interact with all Manufacturing Departments and a number of external agencies. You will be involved in planning Launch solutions for Plant. You will interact with suppliers and Senior Management on a regular basis. You must have the ability plan and deliver launch and timing plans that involve multiple departments.
