Product Coaches will be required to perform a wide range of tasks, including, taking an active role in the building of pre production prototype vehicles both in plant and at other locations, working closely with launch team engineers in identifying and resolving build issues and liaising with the workgroups and plant supervision regarding new processes, facilities whilst supporting production when required.

The main responsibilities of the Product Coach are detailed below；

&#8226； Support the build / validation of pre production prototype vehicles.

&#8226； To have responsibility for all launch activities within designated areas (T&F).

&#8226； Support virtual series to ensure parts / processes are designed for assembly, identify potential improvements/concerns.
支持虛擬系列以確保零件/流程是為裝配而設計，識別潛在的問題及改進點。
&#8226； Provide robust training to manufacturing associates.
為生產部相關人員提供培訓。
&#8226； Create preliminary WES / QMAPS.
設計初始WES / QMAPS
&#8226； Validate tooling & jigs to ensure functionality / fit for purpose.
驗證工具和夾具,確保功能符合要求。
&#8226； Identify ergonomic, risk assessments & Health & Safety concerns including solutions.
識別人體工程學，風險評估及健康安全方面問題，并尋求解決方案。
&#8226； DFA / PFMEA support.
DFA / PFMEA支持
&#8226； Identify risks to FTT / PCPA including potential solutions or containment actions.
確認FTT / PCPA的風險，以及可能的解決方案。
&#8226； AIMS management.
AIMS管理。
&#8226； Generate / relevant launch metrics.

&#8226； Tracking of build phase units to ensure timely delivery to end user.

Experience in Launch activities.
曾有車型上市的經驗。
Use of IPS, Lean manufacturing and problem solving techniques.
